As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalised or custom products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item, the packaging, and multiple angles to verify the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.

Crafted from natural slate, each piece features a distinctive texture and hand-cut edges, ensuring every item is truly one of a kind. As a natural material, slight variations in thickness, surface, and edge finish may occur.

The design is precision-engraved directly into the stone, creating a permanent, high-contrast finish that captures fine detail and depth while remaining durable over time.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor display, the slate and engraving are resistant to the elements and will not fade.
