Product Information• Crystal size: 50 × 50 × 80 mm (approx. 2 × 2 × 3.15 inches)• Your image is engraved inside the crystal, leaving the outside surface smooth and clear• Each crystal is individually prepared and engraved from your chosen photo or design• Supplied in a presentation box• Available with or without the optional colour-changing LED light base• LED base is touch activated, allowing you to select individual colours or continuous colour-changing mode• LED base can be powered by 3 × AAA batteries (included) or the supplied USB cable

Care Instructions• Handle the crystal carefully and avoid knocks or drops• Clean using a soft, dry microfibre cloth• For fingerprints or marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water and dry immediately afterwards• Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough cloths or harsh chemicals• Keep the LED base dry and away from water or excessive moisture• Remove the batteries if the base will not be used for a long period• Do not mix old and new batteries• Store or transport the crystal in its presentation box when possible to help protect it from scratches and damage

Please note: As every crystal is individually made from your photograph, the final engraving can vary slightly depending on the quality, lighting and detail of the original image.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery times typically range between 2–5 working days within the UK, depending on the courier.

All orders are securely packed, and tracking information will be provided where available.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalised or custom products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item, the packaging, and multiple angles to verify the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
